After moving here and trying every dispensary around, HH wins in every aspect. Great quality bud, quality edibles in a million options, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take debit, have reward points, and a different deal every day. We're constantly getting free stuff, and now they have a raffle every month. Doesn't get any better.

HH has the best tasting concentrates in town. I am also very happy with the O pen and the shatter sticks that Brett makes.

I love coming to this dispensary more than any other collective I have been to out of I would say at least 70 in the Seattle area. The people are great, caring, knowledgeable people, the meds are incredible for reasonable prices, and for probably the first time when I came here almost a year ago I felt to be treated as a patient at the dispensing counter. When my wife was going through her cancer treatment they went to find her nausea relief medible candy and made nausea packs for her, individual service. When there was a misunderstanding on the type of BHO we were getting and ended up with CBD oil with high terpenes that ended up irritating my sensitive lungs I talked to them about just increasing patient awareness and maybe a discount I had expected and they went above and beyond in patient satisfaction making sure we were taken care of. We are very picky about BHO after making it for so long making it difficult to find clean tasty BHO that is extremely effective, which they make all their own shatters and waxes which are all incredible I have never been dissatisfied besides the one container that I had misunderstood what it was. All in all, this is the all around best dispensary I have been to considering all variables at once, they don't have a single department that I feel has been left lacking, 5 stars across the board. This was the first place i hit after getting my card and been coming for a year+. The bud is the best I had since I been up here. The only spot I know that have reward points which comes in hand. Just like the bud their edibles is stuipd good and so many to try. The staff is the best and cool af...they also know they trees and always point you in the right direction.

Absolutely the best dispensary ever! After trying several other places in the area I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would ever take my business again. When I first came in I had asked about products with a high CBD content. I was truly amazed at the selection and how knowledgeable the clerk was to helping me make the right choice. Many of the places I had tried before had a "sketchy" feel to them so I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and safe HH felt. The selection is amazing!!! I've never been in and not found something great. Always at LEAST more than a dozen flower selections not to mention tons of delicious edibles (the fruity pebble bars rock!) and all sorts of other medicinal options. The donation pricing is fantastic and they even have a rewards point program that will get you a freebie every so often. I highly recommend the Diesel strains they often carry and the Paula Deens (they got buddah...). I could rant about the place for hours but the best advice would be for you to stop in and see for yourself. 5 stars across the board! Keep up the good work HH!!!

The staff is very friendly, educated on their product ( if the person you are working with isn't quite sure {they ask} which is awesome, quality of meds are supreme and the Paula Dean's are where it's at. I love this place and would highly recommend it to everyone. Edibles are always fresh and great variety!

Hadn't been able to stop in for a while and was pleased that the folks at HH are still offering top notch bud as well as off the hook concentrates and edibles. I would imagine you guys will be needing a bigger spot i the future. Keep up the good work. Always a great visit.

I would recommend this place. The owners seem to be picky about what they put on their shelves. Which patients like myself and others like a lot. It is a buyers market and places have to compete. These guys are the ones to measure up to. I love the constant turn over on the selections of top shelf too. Keep the rewards program and you will keep this loyal customer.

Only recently have I noticed legitimate dispensaries popping up more frequently in Kitsap County, and I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. Being near the border of Pierce & Kitsap counties, I often cross the Narrows Bridge to visit favorite spots in Tacoma. While I have a few places I really dig there, I can see Herbal Healing Safe Access getting more of my business quickly. :) Why, you ask? I've been there twice, so far, and both times have been greeted nicely and professionally by two guys, Bob and Archie, I believe. First time, I got a brief and helpful tour of their modest shop. What this place may lack in polish or atmosphere (they've only been open a short while), they completely make up in professionalism and quality. They offer several house strains - in fact, I think they're mostly house strains. I've now sampled eight varieties and they've all been of great quality. My favorites: DJ Shorts, Plushberry, Snow Cap. I also give them props for their knowledge of the strains and their effects. These guys want to be connoisseurs. They're not just looking to sling *any* weed; they're growing effective strains of medicine and they know, and can explain, why. Props, guys. If I had *any* complaints about Herbal Healing at all, they'd be: 1. Location was a little confusing to find at first. I think this is partly because of inconsistencies in mapping location on WeedMaps (could be fixed now; haven't checked). 2. Of the several strains I've tried, all very potent and well-cured, a few strains were a tad on the moist side for me. I don't mean at all to say that the ganja is wet or really even moist; that's a poor description. More like spongy. While this is usually fine, I prefer my smoke a bit drier. I've been burned (pardon the pun) from some other dispensaries in Tacoma that sell under-cured or not-completely-dry weed. It's prone to, and often comes with, a bit of mold. Not so at Herbal Healing; these guys know what they're doing and just have a softer cure on some strains. Nothing that can't be remedied by leaving the container open for a bit. Oh, and last thing: these guys have a punch-card system, which equates to real discounts. When I visited, their strains were all $10, with one non-house exception. For every $20 you spend, you get a punch and, with 5 punches, you get a free gram. For those of you who might be less friendly with math, this is a 10% discount, making your $10/gram more like $9. Combine this incentive with the fact that the strains and potency are top-notch, it's a bit of a no-brainer. They told me that you can save the cards up and save even more and get oils, etc. If you're in Kitsap, Mason, or Gig Harbor area, I'd recommend Herbal Healing is worth the drive; you won't be sorry.

I have been coming to Herbal Healing for over a year, and I have always found their staff and advice outstanding. They have a great variety of stuff that is well displayed at a great price. I was pleased to find out that Herban Market was close to where I do my shopping, and that they are the same crew as the former Herbal Healing store in Gorst.
