I have problems sleeping, i was on 4 sleeping meds, just to sleep a few hours. I explained my needs and Josh knew just the right product for me. Let me say, I stopped by this Friday to thank josh and show him my sleep pattern from my watch. 7 and 1/2 hrs a nite average. And i know am only on one prescription(because it helps another condition) I was very excited to tell Josh. I also go to his one in howland and the team there is also A+.
