As I waited per my curb-side pick-up order, customers that cam after I did got serviced and left the store. Their curb-side service is lacking considering this was a Pre Order and I left 1 hour after placing said order.

Credit Card Machine Always Broken!

I ordered through WeedMaps and when I arrived they gave me the excuse that the credit card machine wasn’t working and I had to pay cash. When I asked when the machine was going to be up and running again, they said it could be days and it would be better if I just paid cash. Excuses!!! This spot never wants to accept credit card transactions. Why accept credit card orders if you’re just gonna force your customers to pay cash.

The customer service was terrible

I understand as a consumer who consumes marijuana frequently. I like to try different locations and vapes. I got a discounted vape pen and asked if the second time since I didn’t use my 25 percent off would it count next time. I asked politely and she was so rude said no we only give a joint as if my total being low wasn’t enough. I’ve shopped at their other locations it’s never a big deal. Also I tipped her and her customer service was so rude she was the girl with the nose piercing (septum piercing u think) and tattoo. Definitely the worst customer service.
