I went in not sure what to expect as it was my first time at a dispensary. Walked in and gave them my ID to check me in, while it is a good system my only complaint is that there didn't seem to be any signs about procedure and we had to kind of glean that we had to check in from the people around us. Once we did that we waited our turn to enter the actual shop part. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in unsure of what I wanted and asked the person behind the counter what they would recommend for 2 particular problems I had. I took their recommendation and was very happy with my purchase and my experience.

This place is my favorite local place the waits never long the reward system is great it’s based on money spent rather than point a day on visits also the prices are good not over priced

As soon as I walked into Everest in Los Lunas I felt a positive vibe and was met by friendly faces who welcomed me !! The flower and concentrates were freaking amazing! This is my new favorite dispensary!! If you have ptsd or whatever this is the place to go!!

Lately they have been really slow. I had to wait 30 mins. A couple were in there for along time & only one employee....lots of people left.

The overall staff is helpful except for the budtender named Destiny. Every time I've had her she seems annoyed that she has to do her job and pushes products I don't want. She doesn't share any of the specials just pushed high dollar products on me. When confronted with the fact that I didn't want said product her attitude became worse and I left without buying anything. Never coming back here as long as this person works here. Everest is a good company and I hope they audit their staff's behaviors towards loyal customers

The employees don’t know what they are doing or what they are selling at all…and their products either leaks or stop working save ur money cuz you’ll be coming back for a replacement.
