Canna-Lean order

Thank you for having Canna-Lean in stock! For those with cancer, this can help keep the pain away. I was not happy about a previous order of 5 KIVA gummies as they were old and had a hard bite to them, not soft and pliable. I won't order gummies again but I will continue to buy the Canna-Lean as long as you have it in stock. The staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products I asked about! Love this place

I hadn’t been here in over a year. When I had been previously they were not carrying what I wanted. Now they do and more way more. This place is clean and friendly. The bud tenders were very knowledgeable. I loved the all around customer service from front to back including security guards. The quality is there. My only issue that they have no choice in is the tax. Oh well I will happily pay the tax for all the other great things they provide

Excellent place, I have posted a few positive reviews for Empire however since we are ending the year, I wanted to post once again. All around stellar service, Danielle their Bud CSR has exceptional public relations skills. If she does not know the answer she will quickly place me on hold to make sure she provides me with the correct information. THAT means ALOT especially in this type of business and just overall. A lot of places just don't do that anymore,nor do they care to provide excellent service. Empire is the best, please don't go anywhere and recommened to others. I always make sure to give them a shout out when I can. Happy Holidays Empire, you guys are the BEST!!!!!

Good Job

I was introduced to a CBD oil and I was happily surprised how well it worked. The salesman was extremely helpful and informative on the oil. My only downfall to this was when I went back in a week or two later to get more they were sold out and that's ok. i was told that the oil was on order and would be in approximately a week great. A week and a half goes by so I stop in and am told two more weeks ok. So finally after a three week wait I call in to find out they are not going to carry that exact product any longer. Sadly they had nothing similar to help me or even recommend to me. I on my own checked out other products and got some other places. I finally went back to them to get a new product to try and a week later again they were out and couldn't tell me when they were getting more. I will say on the sales peoples behalf they are friendly, but for the management or the purchaser, it's better to be forthcoming right away than to waste someone's time.

if you're looking for Variety

The store is great, you walk in and greeted by the front desk, sign in and depending how busy it is, you can go right in or wait in the front with a tv a comfortable couch, and friendly faces, once you go in there is such a variety that I'm always catching myself looking at different products then what i was intending to get. The customer service is great, they recommend certain kinds depending on your preference, and the other good part is they have deals everyday! from tinctures down to edibles they got it all. mon-fri happy hour from 12pm to 2pm. it's just great place. the only down side is that the taxes are alittle high, but that's not the stores fault, that's the states fault.. so I give this storefront 5 out of 5. if only the state would be alittle more lenient towards taxes. but that's what pays for our roads, etc right?
