There’s a system where it tells you if your order is received, or ready for pick up and it was just at received for me with no updates, forcing me to just wait 2 hours and guessing if my order is ready or not

This place got worst over the year. Ok products and shoddy people makes for an awful experience. Their website always displays bad deals and you pay for their mistakes. Management wants your money not you. Other storefronts near by are better and reliable.
