Disabled person kept waiting FOR SIX HOURS. i was GUARANTEED the order i placed EARLY on the day of their flash sale would be honored. SIX HOURS after placing order i went to pick it up, after waiting an additional hour in my car BECAUSE IM UNABLE TO COME INSIDE, i was texted that they didnt have enough to fill my order. i was left to drive home without any of what i ordered. THIS " BUSINESS" DOES NOT VALUE ITS DISABLED CUSTOMERS. theres a reason people prefee THE PRIME LEAF. Will NEVER EVER be doing business here again.

I just got an email "Our records indicate that your order from D2 Dispensary has been picked up." NOPE. I DID NOT PICK UP MY ORDER YET!

I waited all night. No one ever called or text me. Last message it's in prep. I sent an email at 12:15 a,m. To report it and complain. I'm not home, on a trip to San Diego for aunt's serviced. Needed thus yesterday for the trip😭😭😭

I ordered online for curdside pick up. The dispensary website confirmed that the order was ready to pick up. I arrived a short time later, parked in the curbside medical parking spot and called the number on the sign posted on the parking spot. The message says that the number is NO LONGER IN USE! I called twice same result. I then walk in to pick up my order at the medical window and they can't find my order. Not even the "supervisor" could help me. I recommend you stay away from D2 dispensary. They're incompetent.

Did you dispensary on Oracle drive thru is my number one spot my budtenders are my neighbors I roll out of bed and roll right into the front door they're awesome it's also funny when I'm around town and I need to stop by the dispensary I stop at a different one and I'm always always never happy so I just stick with my D2 on Oracle drive thru,, CLASS A F...K SH..,😘👍😁💯🙈🙊🙉🍯🍀 my experience is always great

I went in D2 for the iLava BOGO deal since my usual dispensary is pretty straightforward on the whole BOGO Monday deals only. The lobby is spacious, and the registers are far enough apart to have privacy while buying your meds. This is a pretty big deal for me since some people tend to socialize, and I prefer not to. The cartridges are an amazing deal, and they actually had them in stock, which tends to be an issue at other dispensaries I’ve frequented as well, so I bought two. I didn’t buy flower, but I got a free gram preroll of “Royal Cheese” and I gotta say, it was pretty damn impressive. Very cheesy and toasty. I’ll be trying flower next time :) great experience overall!

I went into D2 on a Sunday to get the BOGO on iLava cartridges. I got two hybrids, with a focus on pain ratings. Pineapple Express and orange cookies. Both taste like the strains they're made from and worked wonders. The pineapple express was better for stress and depression then the orange cookies so more of a daytime smoke. When I went in on Tuesday to take advantage of the flower special, my budtender made a recommendation of special queen #1 as a new strain on the shelf, that he thought I would like. It smells floral with a hint of lemon and it was a very energizing smoke; great for morning to late afternoon. As usual, D2 dispensary has given me phenomenal service with a personally tailored recommendation that ended up being accurate at the same time as providing great savings. Thank you D2!

I have been to D2 a few times and I really like the atmosphere and the honest customer service the last time I went I had an agent be straight up honest with me about a product and it was really nice of her to do that. Most places want to make a sale its nice that I can trust and rely on great advice and truthful advice.

Updating my initial review. This place is a little slice of heaven, the staff here is on top of their game, not overly medicated and seemingly novice to the cannabis industry like you run into in most of the other dispensaries around town, the mix of professional, friendly and welcoming is perfect. Made my first online order with them today and it was smooth as pie, saved me time which was great being in a hurry today, also I already knew what I wanted, which for reference is usually something Sunday Goods, so glad they carry flower from this amazing farm. If you have not tried any thing from Sunday Goods, do yourself a favor and head down to D2 and ask, "What do you got from Sunday Goods?" you won't be disappointed. Thanks D2 for being my spot.

this new D2 place is a joke first of all they don't honor any of the specials there listening on WeedMaps secondly they don't honor a true vet discount for veterans it's just a joke far as I'm concerned it's one of the worst places in Tucson with their sisters store downtown dispensary being a joke as well

D2 is a great dispo. Modern set-up, good selection, great deals, great and helpful staff. Peace love and Wubbs.
