I have received excellent service and very helpful guidance from all of the staff at Curaleaf. I especially appreciate the helpful information I have received from the pharmacists there. Very helpful and understanding.

I love the Plattsburgh Curaleaf and everyone that works there. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and alot of fun to talk to. Besides they love my shoes, Lol...So please don't take them away.

1) where’s the flower?!?! Every single dispensary I’ve been in, medical or recreational, has has products on display for customers to be able to look at (not touch!) so that they can make the best decision for their needs AFTER viewing the product! Plus, hello, it’s a HUGE marketing tool, as people are drawn more to what they can See, not what u tell them they MIGHT like. 2) You have great staff...very knowledgeable! However, perhaps some need to work on themselves! The last time I visited, the woman gave short, clipped, responses while I asked questions about the coming changes to the store. I was the only customer in there at the time, so it wasn’t as if there was anyone waiting. She ended up giving me VERY different info than a previous employee did, just 1 wk prior. 3) can ya get better quality products? Idk if it’s the thc content that’s lacking but Prices are high for something that barely works. Street products are better priced & better quality. Sad, bcuz ur professionals 😬
