⭐ 1-Star Review I’m extremely disappointed by what I’ve learned about the handling of patient information at this dispensary. There are serious concerns that budtenders may be using confidential patient information to provide their friends or personal acquaintances with discounts on cannabis products. Patient information should be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism—not as a way to give personal friends an advantage. If these allegations are accurate, this is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about how patient information is being accessed and used. Customers and patients deserve to know that their personal information is protected and that discounts and benefits are being applied fairly and according to company policy. I was also disappointed by my interaction with Melody, the store owner, who I found to be rude. During the interaction, she made comments that I perceived as racist and stated that she would win any complaint made.
