Amazing Customer Service

Going to Canna Provisions has been one of the best retail experiences ever! Went in the morning around the timed it opened and The moment i stepped out of the car, i was greeted by a nice employee who gave me a menu and offered some advice on purchases. Went in to get checked in and waited a few minutes to get called in. Once I was in, I was greeted by an awesome budtender that put in my order. Once the order is put in, its just a small wait for them to get your order ready. Total turned out to be $420 LOL. All the employees were cheerful, helpful, and the dispensary had a very awesome interior design. Coming from a customer service background, Canna Provisions knows how to treat a customer. From everyone's positive attitude to the amazing variety of concentrates.

this is probably the best dispensary experience I've had so far this place is unique you get to actually see samples of the product at the kiosks instead of just ordering at the counter like the other dispensaries I've been to. also the selection of concentrates is amazing

Excellent store

We got there early and after being greeted by the friendly security at the front door, we walked right in and made a reservation with our bud tender. We were given a menu and we were able to smell the products available before purchase which was really nice. After the order was completed,we waited to hear our name called for check out. The gentlemen that helped me was was also very friendly. All in all we were in and out in something like 10 minutes. This place provided a great service for a bunch of excited and overwhelmed first time visitors. 10/10 will go again. Don’t light up in the parking lot!

excellent especially for a first timer

my first time at a dispensary and these folks were amazing! were so helpful during the entire process. super friendly enployees especially our tender rachel very knowledgable and really made me understand what i was buying and what it would achieve, not just seeing how big a sale she could make. it was an overall quick process and the guys at the door even walked us out to my car afterwards holding umbrellas for us. all the products i purchased today are top quality and the prices were about average for the research i did, which isnt cheap when compared to what your buddy down the street has but you know what your getting and its top quality. great job guys and i will highly recommend.

Love this place

There was a bit of a line and the interior decore is a little quixotic- think bennagins of weed. Too much stuff. But prices were reasonable, the purchase limits were great- in line w berkshire roots, the selection was excellent, & the guy who helped me was weird & charming. Their set up in the back is a little confusing but it proved to be well run and notwithstanding the wait, I would definitely come back.

This dispensary is both friendly and efficient. They balance their law abiding, respectful tone with one of warmth and welcoming. I didn't know what to expect but everyone I talked to was hospitable and helpful. Every step of the journey at Canna Provisions is professionally handled but super friendly and the same time. There is so much education offered, you can really geek out if you want!

First Experience

For a dispensary that has only been open for 4 days, and even in general it seemed as if it has been open since recreational passed. Fantastic staff that’s well informed and they have a perfect mix up of products, with I’m sure more to come!! Great prices not a long wait even when it’s busy, and an excellent selection of extremely well made glass pieces of all sizes. Top notch facility and awesome people!!

pre-order is always such a great thing! the line wasn't long at all for those without pre-order and non-existent for pre-orders. there was a really good selection. upon arrival everyone was beyond super friendly. everyone had a huge smile on their face and I felt more welcomed here than any other dispensary I've visited. I also didn't have an issue with parking.

I placed an order through weedmaps , my order was cancelled with no timely email notification , but I printed my order and arrived at Canna not knowing my order was cancelled , the staff took care of my order promptly and was out and on my way in no time at all . Thanks to the staff there , my next order will be directly through their web site and I will avoid weedmaps .

This place is my favorite shop. Great edibles selection, I love the Hashable gummies and Coast raspberry bar. Chem D Vintage Afghani knocked me on my ass :D The staff are great too and always make me feel like they're happy to see me. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!!

Unique Experience

This was such an awesome experience. Not your typical dispensary - more like a country store feel with fantastic staff! Everyone was/is super helpful and very friendly! I was coming from Albany and it was very easy find - about 1/4 mile off the Lee exit on the Mass Pike! Highly recommend.

Convenient and good service

Never had a bad time here, bud tenders are always very nice and I never had to wait too awfully long for my product (been doing curbside pickup for months now and it’s rad) prices are in line with most MA Rec shops. (Those same prices are also in line with NY MMJ, so if you’re not far from Lee and you like selection it’s a no brainer. Just be careful please!)
