I had made my order online for curbside pick up. Nothing big just some pre rolls. Money is tight, I've been out of work since the end of December and no pay since then. I called when I arrived told what spot I was in and was told someone would be right out. I waited for 30 minutes and had to call back in to remind them I was there. I could have gotta out and went inside but the whole point of curbside is that I don't want to get out of my vehicle because I'm disabled. Someone did come out right away with my order. And for me waiting they gave me some sweet freebies! Awesome customer service!! You made my day! I'm a patient person. I wasn't angry just figured they were busy. But to give me such a wonderful apology I was blown away! Thank you Bloomery Staff! You deserve this 5 star!!
