She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. what a great flower, especially when it's in the King Palm Slims. Great taste, smooth, and incredible buzz if you like sativa. The staff is amazing. As far as pricing, we shall see when the competition heats up and deals can be advertised.

I was in Boston dropping off a friend at the airport with my boyfriend on Thursday and after an extensive online search we decided to stop here. Wow were we glad we did!! From the moment we entered it was just a great vibe. The staff was super friendly and the person who checked our IDs at the entrance was so nice (she loved my tie dye shirt and my boyfriends pullover) Our bud tender Oakley was amazing. Super fun, nice and most importantly helpful. My boyfriend has been enjoying vapes lately but doesn’t enjoy the more floral/perfumery flavors and Oakley recommended sour D and Grand Daddy Purple and while he hasn’t tried the GDP yet the Sour D recommendation was PERFECT. He is enjoying it so much. I’m not in Boston too often, however, if I’m back there again I wouldn’t hesitate to return. They have a GREAT selection and the prices are great!! Parking is limited (street parking) but we got lucky with a space right outside the door 😀

I drove all the way from dorchester to East Boston and I was not disappointed. They have great deals, friendly service, and quality product. Highly reccomended over other options in the city

I was visiting from Chicago and was surprised by how accessible this place was. A quick ID check and I was talking to the knowledgeable folks at the registers who helped me grab some nice pre rolls and a can of seltzer. Will be coming back!

I had never been to a dispensary before but they definitely have set the bar REAL high. Upon entrance, there was already a way to ensure no overlapping people within the check in point. After going in, I could immediately tell how clean the establishment was and loved how they have screens for you to ponder the options as well. The employees feel familiar and get personal so they can help you. They ask what you are looking to get out of your experience with the weed in order to best help you. My first purchase was actually a favorite of the cashier who helped me out “Great White Shark”. This strain is now not only my favorite but they’ve now seen me at least once a week. Overall, amazing feels from the environment and from the staff. It also helps that when I walked in that first time, they had been playing “Avatar: The Last Airbender” on the tv. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any and everyone.

Was staying in Boston for a night and decided to stop by here for some good product based off of recommendations. Check in was super easy and fast. They have a huge menu that you can flip through, sorted by what is most potent which I really appreciated. Oakley was extremely helpful and had a great understanding of the products available. They helped me pick out some bomb flower and cartridges. 10/10 friendly service and product in my opinion, if im in town again THIS is the spot to go to.

at the moment a lot of your menu is incomplete many items do not have the THC content ?

I’ve been sampling the concentrate and flower menu for a bit now. Fav concentrates are shire wolf, greylock, and poets walk (best flavor ever). Favorite flower has been OGKB, deep6, vortex.

The decor and employees are OUTSTANDING! But their product is even better!?!! The best around, won't shop anywhere else! If you're not shopping with them, you're missing out.
