First off I read all the reviews on here some are missed leading I've been in this dispensary multiple times I never been rushed by an employee before they are friendly and knowledgeable I just think there's trolls trolling just leaving a bad review for the hell of it....

Amazing flower. Best in town, most falovorful by far! And amazing budtenders!

The atmosphere is very library-ish. And, I think that was done on purpose. It’s a dispensary, but it’s also a place of learning. No question is a dumb question here. The staff is very knowledgeable. They listen to what you’re saying, and are happy to answer your questions. The recommendations I’ve gotten have been spot on. They know their stuff. It’s a very inclusive atmosphere. Everybody is welcome. The staff is amazing! I would recommend Herbal Remedies to anyone. My life has been changed by going there. And I’m very thankful!!!

It was as expected the Brownies were amazing.

Open minimal hours for medical patients, recreational is open much longer hours and 7 days a week... but if you’re a medical patient you to pay full price (recreational tax) on the recreational items, so make sure you check the MEDICAL HOURS (their social media says recreational hours, so double check!). Since medical is only open a small number of hours there’s always a line and a wait. The chairs in the back are tall and hard to sit in if you have mobility or balance issues. Always crowded with a line.. so you’ll be standing a while. There isn’t saved parking for medical patients. Sometimes there are open spots, but otherwise you’ll have to park behind the store and walk down a hill, with a partial sidewalk, next to a busy interstate. They used to have patient appreciation days where they brought in entertainment, music, food, and fun. But they no longer NEED the income... so they no longer need to make you feel like family. They also no longer do the 12 days of kushmas.

staff is very impersonal they just push you along. worst dispensary experience I've ever had. can't look at any product except through a TV. flower selection is poor at best and you can't even look at it or smell it. it's nice to be able to look at the tricomes. I for sure won't go back.

First off, if you’re trying to get ahold of someone before you make the drive, good luck. I called for two days, with no answer from anyone other than the automated machine. I finally just bit the bullet and drove over. Staff was rushing people through. You’re not allowed to see bud before you purchase (if they have any, they ran out). Staff seems to be knowledgeable and probably usually friendly but the new rush of customers has proven to be too much for them to handle and has definitely affected their people skills.. tried to call again to check on what was still available. No answer.

This make yall look bad Illinois shut dis mf down😭😭😭 I smoke the BEST OF THE BEST. I just spent 70$ on a 3.5 (super donuts) by 93boys I honestly feel like they remixed this bag there is no way in HELL “cookies” has 93boys in there stores and it’s smoking or looks like wtf I have in dis bag… do not go here RED FLAG(no weed map pictures)🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 save yo money
