The chick that owns 420 in Russellville has given up on this business. If she can't operate it correctly, sell it to someone who cares about their medical patients instead of whatever she's doing. This place has gone downhill in the last 6 months. The stock is low or not worth getting. I've been going to Clarksville and I like it better. I dislike driving though. #sellit

This place is poorly managed by the owner. She cares nothing about the patients. Nudging by how she keeps her store, at minimum, which can only mean she only interested in pocketing the money. I was a nurse for 20 years and I've never seen such blatant patient neglect. She should be reported and terminated.

They have a dablicator on sale. Drove 20 minutes in heavy traffic only to be told they can’t sell because not in the system. I feel this is unacceptable. They are constantly out of gummy’s. Not a whole lot to choose from.
