Great Customer Service

This Zen leaf is always on point with selection and various products to choose from. The bud tenders are amazing especially Yary she made it easy for me to choose my products and was ready to answer any questions that I might have had. Misplaced my order in a different Zen but she mad it happen great customer service. Would definitely recommend this Zen leaf for your cannabis needs.

ve this dispensary. I love the location, the front desk employees, the budtenders, and the products. You don’t feel like a fish out of water when you come in. I consider myself a novice at best when it comes to marijuana, so when I go in I just say what I’m curious about or what feelings/effects I’m looking for and the bud tender shares their recommendations. Speaking of budtenders, mega shoutout to Mikey, Angelica, George (manager) and Nanda. They have helped me, my condo neighbor, and even my parents for their first trip to a dispensary. So helpful, kind and patient! What is also super neat about this place is the weekly specials they offer. If you sign up for emails - they get sent to you so you can plan what you want to purchase for the week. I cannot recommend this location to enough. Whether you are a expert or a first timer - the staff here will help you find exactly what you need want.

Great Place!

Terrible Products and Worse Standards

Their concentrates are borderline moldy, dried and crusted. No smell, no terpenes. Would not consume out of health concerns. Customer service said that these type of concentrates are up to their standards, avoid at all costs.

Not the best place in town.

I’ve been there twice. On my first visit they recommended a product, it wasn’t very good to be honest (They offered a 3x2 and I got a 2 x1/2 instead) on my second visit I asked if I can pay with card, they said that they only take cash, and asked me to walk out right away. It wasn’t very friendly either I’m not coming back and I hope this review help others. Cheers!

Over priced

Going in to any Chicago dispensary the small bud is hard and break down like it’s old and dried up and they selling bud that is in the September batch we are in January we’re the December batch I’m going back to Denver and staying because Chicago dispensary robbing the people there won’t get my money and other will read this and follow keep smoking dried up marijuana

Long time customer of Zen Leaf West Loop at 222 South Halsted. Twice now I have purchased sealed 3.5g flower that had a broken seal and weighed short when I got home. Most recent purchase was Find Everyday Cannabis Singapore Sling. I called and spoke with a lead but the concern was handled in a dismissive way rather than being taken seriously. Once you leave the store you cannot return with the product, which makes this very difficult to resolve. Very disappointing experience for a regular customer.
