INCREDIBLY ZEN!

I LOVE this dispensary! First of all the young lady at the front desk was so lovely, friendly, and helpful. She helped me to get started. Then once inside I had two of the most excellent young ladies to help me sort all of it out. They gave me information about getting started and what I would need to and need not do. They answered EVERY question that I had. Their recommendations were amazing! They offer some great specials and discounts. Your first 3 visits are 20% off. AMAZING! Thank You ALL at ZEN!!! KUDOS!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Such an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. There’s not enough publicly available information out for how to address various conditions and walking into a dispensary for the first time, with little to no knowledge of their selection can be a stressful and anxious experience. I definitely have a tendency to overcomplicate things, but they were fully prepared for my questions and created a comfortable and confident experience. Options are limited in the state of WV, but this was absolutely worth the drive. If/when something opens closer, I might have to continue the trek just for the service and atmosphere. Thank you for all of the help today!
