New Location and Online Pay

I just visited the new location out by the Dunkin'. Really beautiful-- They have lots of inventory, and helpful budtenders that always know what to recommend. Paying with Aeropay is also super convenient, which is nice when I'm low on cash.

Staff with passion and care. An owner that goes out of his way to stock only the best from a wide variety of growers in a wide variety of products. There is always some great new stuff to try as well as the staples and classics in stock. Ive never had any issues and have never bought a disappointing product.

The bud tenders are really nice people but I don’t find them to be very knowledgeable about different types of products as well as how they affect you. They have some very high prices but you get medical Monday and Thursday where they discount everything 25% for medical patients. Those are the only times I ever go there. I don’t run out ever so I don’t go there often but if I’m just about out I might buy something there to tide me over for the time being. Pricing like I said is kind of out of control but it’s Illinois and it starts off here and has to be cultivated in Illinois so you get what you get. I’d rather go elsewhere. I just don’t like paying 90 bucks for something. That’s a 70 somewhere else locally. Because it’s in Highland Park we get the screw you pricing.

worst dispensary ever

I was actually denied medicine by this horrible dispensary. I am a Illinois registered Cannabis patient. I have my card and everything , but this place does not know the law. Illinois law states you only need a gov issued ID accompanied by the cannabis card . Does not matter the state. Because of covid I could not switch my ID over yet. Illinois only needed me to verify that I live in the state which i did and they had no problem because you dinr need an Illinois state license to get the med card. I legally have until Jan of 2021 the get my id changed over. This location said it's the law I have to have an Illinois ID and that I could not enter the building. They denied me my medication because they are ignorant. That's not all the girl in front was very rude as well, and said "I have patients waiting unless you have an Illinois id" . I have never had a problem at anywhere else but this poor excuse for a dispensary. Do not ever go here they do not care about patients at all.

The 3 worst customer experiences I've ever had has been here. Each time they were rude af, not helpful at all, and sold me expired products on both vapes and rso. (What I use for pain management.) DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT EXPIRED. If they have a problem with you checking to make sure, LEAVE! Their rude service isn't worth it. If I could give them no stars, I would. It was that bad 3 times in a row!

The disappointment

I have never been treated so poorly by any other dispensary, than how ZenLeaf in Highland Park has treated me. I drove there & back 4 times, taking an 1 hour of my time round trip, each time. The disposable pen they sold me, the Hybrid Vape Pen from High Supply, was a dud. The light never turned on at the bottom, couldn’t get a single hit out of it. When I drove all the way back to get a replacement (you’d think they would have just given me a replacement of the same exact product I initially bought) but instead, they sent me away saying I had to email them. The same thing happened to someone else I know, & when he went back to exchange his pen, they gave him a replacement immediately. So THEN, I send them an email with the pen, the receipt, & a video of me hitting hit & not getting a hit. I only bought this pen b/c it was on sale for $28 (of course paid much more with taxes) & have been told that they will credit my account with them for $28. The pen now costs $40 so this helps NONE.
