Ordered a couple of pre rolls, as usual. Got in the pre-order line to pick it up and saw just as she called me that they had canceled my order, no notice. Asked her if she could just throw a couple pre-rolls together, any kind, since there was NOONE behind me and I was standing there. She mumbles and gestures to the six deep line and says "I can't help you."

So far, never bought anything at Zen with “dated packaged” older than 2 months on averafe, I guess products flow faster than other dispensaries in Sac, example: Nexus, these guys seem to sell only weed older than 6 months on average, based on my experience with them.

They always have the best deals on flower, vapes, pre-rolls, and concentrates in the area. The staff is cool AF and super knowledgeable; they are always helpful and full of suggestions. They have ongoing weekly deals and sonetimes cool pop up demos.

Marketing Scam

Twice now I have ordered online (for a great deal on my favorite brand), received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up, headed to the shop for pickup (30 min drive, but worth it for the great deal) and upon arrival I am told that they are totally out of stock of my items. Why did they tell me my order was ready for pick up... to get me in the shop under false pretenses. Checked online days later and the "great deal" items are still listed as in stock and available (which they are not). Ugh. I fell for this twice. Don't do the same. It's a waste of your time and gas.
