I visited this place and bought product. After I got home I realized it was thc-a (legal in every state but 4) and not actual thc. I both called and left messages on website and received no response. It was not until I left a Google review that I was immediately called back. They offered me a discount which I refused because the product was fake and sold in gas stations around the country. They were unable to offer me a refund even though I had tried to get in touch with them within the guidelines of their return policy. I'm surprised this location is even on weedmaps. If this place is on weedmaps then the gas station around the corner from my apartment should be too. I hope this review finds people before they make the same mistake I did.

We are a fully licensed medical cannabis dispensary operating under DC’s official medical program. The products you're referring to are labeled with THCA content because that's how cannabinoid content is reported by many licensed cultivators prior to combustion. THCA is the precursor to THC, and once heated (like when smoking or vaping), it becomes the same THC that produces the psychoactive effects most people expect. This is different from hemp-based gas station products, which are often unregulated and not tested through licensed medical labs. We’re sorry we missed your initial message, but we're glad we were able to connect after. While we can’t offer refunds on opened cannabis products due to regulatory restrictions, we’re always here to answer questions and help guide your purchases in the future. Visited the Wishing Well dispensary while in DC a few weeks ago. The staff were very welcoming and the store had a good variety of good quality items. Don’t forget to get a photo with the historic 18 foot deep well inside!
