Bud could’ve been better

Great selection more often than not and has been getting better month over month. Ordered one thing and they didn’t have it so they substituted a strain based on my original choice and my description of what I was looking for that day. Bud tender suggested Holy Grail Kush which I had never tried nor heard of. Hit the spot!

Staff was super friendly and made me feel completely welcome. Lots of great BOGO deals on their website and FTP discount. Great variety of flower, carts and edibles. Don’t forget to tip your budtenders!!

Windy City has the best selection and quality in Chi-town. It's not the best in the country, but it's the best this state has to offer. I do wish they had more deals, but I'll take quality over quantity.

I’m thrilled to have to have these guys in town and on Weed Street. Everyone here is always super friendly and helpful, and I have yet to experience a line here. There was a mix up on one of my orders, and the manager quickly fixed it and made me feel great.

ok this cut off my review, so for more detail see my review on leafly. but in short this was a very user friendly online pre-ordering system. i chose a full ounce of popcorn, chose when i wanted to pick it up, downloaded Canpay, went to pick it up and came home. no fuss, no lines, no drama. They have great product at good prices, friendly helpful staff and I will be supporting them going forward.

No long lines. In and out style but the taxes are almost as high as buying an ounce.

package was a half a gram short and I'm mad about it and overpriced

They only offer you an 3.5 gs of the good bud in stock and then they charge you almost 75 for it...I really hate Illinois dispensaries I’m going back to California.

Worst customer service possible

The gal at the door, super unprofessional talking about how she doesn’t believe covid doesn’t exist and that the restrictions are dumb. Came from out of state, and just because I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything. What if I decided to buy something after viewing the product. Taxes suck in Illinois anyway. CO or CA is where it’s at.

If u make a pre order over 24 hrs ago youd figure theyd hqve it ready no matter the time.
