Gave me the wrong item but you got what I need.

So I always go here for the tax free what you see is what you pay prices, and I looked it up on Weedmaps. True to this I paid only ten bucks for two grams of concentrate. Only problem. SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ITEM! I asked for Holy Jammers and Maybanger badder from Green Line and got Holy Jammers and Jammers Sugar! Jammers Sugar! I guess Maybanger and Jammers sounds the same , I don't know what do you think. Sarcasm✓. This place had a better rating than 4.4 stars it had 4.9 at one point I believe. Something is going on then for them to have 4.4 stars. Could it be more customers, that have traveled far to get to this remote location , have experienced the same mistake? Or what, man I want to know cause this place beats Hollister in selection and prices and that's where I'm from. It's a cool little drive, but come on, I didn't catch the error till I got home so I gave em 3 stars. One star off for the mistake. One star off cause I already left and neither one of us caught that error.

they do not have the best prices in monterey county, coming from someone who travels from spot to spot to find the best affordable product There prices do not match. 1 gram cartridge i can get for $10 else where or a 8th for $8 . no deals or promos since they are wholesale they say they have it cheaper then other places but that isnt true

You’re Open…but you’re NOT!

If you open at 8:00am with only one tender, you need to give a 15 minute break every 2 hours. I get that. It’s 10:25 and the employee is on break. If this is your system, you should make sure to structure the breaks on time. I passed a customer who got service walking out to be told I can’t go in and now I’ve either got to wait in line like it’s a concert to hold my place or let everyone here pulling into the parking lot get a chance to make my wait even longer. Also, when I’m pulling a trailer, I want to park out front to be able to safely park and pull out. Your parking lot in rear is not conducive to trailer parking. It’s not illegal to park out front, the owner just doesn’t like it. Doesn’t seem very customer friendly as far as the establishment goes. Tenders are always nice and the appearance is impeccable.

they have good high-end products with a price tag that comes higher than anywhere else. I can get some of the same products for cheaper with a much better deal. employees are really nice and helpful but I don't want to pay for their company, I want what I come for.

It used to be a cool place when they first opened always had plenty of stock now they can't keep in stock their primary product the moon rock mini seems like they don't stock them on purpose so they can charge more for the other higher price stuff now we have less choices and the prices just keep creeping higher

They don’t Honor promos they post on flyers

Don’t waste your time coming here they don’t hold true to promos they post on the flyers inside their own store. Budtender tells me one thing then when you go to pay it’s all of a sudden another thing. Two times in a row. I’ll just stay loyal to East of Eden in Moss Landing. I never get screwed over there.
