Best shop ever
Moved near the area a few years ago and I've been bouncing around from shop to shop until I came across West Valley. This dispensary is really well-priced and the hospitality is amazing!

Those 91s! If you haven't had the chance to enjoy their amazing strains you better get there. I've been burning that Malibu and Pk since 2009. Still and always has been my favorite strains outta LA. Only thing I would change is to bring back all those other 91 strains I havent seen for along while.

Quality!!!
This place isn't for people looking for a good deal on lower grade medication. This place is for those looking for the best and willing to pay for it. The staff isn't going to cuddle you with nice words. They don't say much. They will will politely do what you ask as far as viewing every medication of your choice. I personally love their sativa the Super Jack I think it's hard to find very very good sativa. Their indica is on point also. I have never got a strain here that I didn't like. I only get the 20 dollar grams though. Thank you for providing me with consistent quality medication. I don't care about the price you get what you pay for. I can't go from driving a Bentley to driving a Honda. It's the same with good medication. This place is for people who know what good quality is. Not for people who can't tell or taste the difference!!

POTENT STRAINS! I could not believe the Frosty Dense nugs!!
the girl was showing me strain after strain of top shelf variety! The budtender did not try and sell me SWAG. asked me a couple of questions and returned with several different strains to choose from., I left with Super Blue Dream, Super Jack and Epic Malibu Pure Kush I have only sampled the Super Blue Dream…, i instantly feel lighter and happier., like a ray of sunshine coming thru on a cloudy day., i now Feel OK!!!!!! Next time i already know i am going to try Super White Skunk and Private Reserve

to all these people saying they treat you like you're "lucky to be shopping here," first off I disagree, but the truth is, YOU ARE. this club has the most insane quality flowers I have ever seen in the entire SFV if you know what to get. they carry top and mids too so know what you're looking for. and yes the staff expects you to know what you want and know what you're talking about when you come in. they aren't doctors. they didn't prescribe your medication. they just provide it - and the best. it is not their job to coddle you and provide "amazing customer service".... this isn't a restaurant. it's a pharmacy. noobs should not shop here IMO unless they're well educated, this is a club for people who know quality, know what is good, and are willing to pay the prices that go along with this level of quality. ya get what you pay for in life. and that is no different in the MMJ world. expensive? no. just very high quality and priced appropriately. and last but not least - THEY DONT HAVE OPEN JARS OF BUD THAT EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOM HAS STUCK THEIR DIRTY FINGERS AND NOSE IN. the way they operate it assures you get herb that nobody else has fondled with their grubby hands. people mistake this for an inconvenience (pre-packaged meds) but it's really a health benefit.

In case y’all don’t know this is home of the best flower in the valley, which would put it in the running for best flower on the planet earth, although I ain’t seen no queen in her darned undies and I ain’t never been to Amsterdam...Sometimes there’s a woman for that place and time, sometimes there’s a woman... well I’ll just let y’all get to the story. 5 stars wicked legend.

After finding the location and getting checked in,(standard procedures) the staff was helpful and aware.
Bud quality has been consistently great. There's a select few shops that I'll frequent on Ventura and this is definitely one of them. Never had a problem thus far. Will continue shopping here for my medicine.

The Best
Their prices are a little high, but their product is legit and they are SUPER nice. Vanessa was friendly and helpful! They didn't have anything for a first time patient, which was disappointing. They have NO parking and are easy to miss, but they're worth a short walk from the nearest side street. While I was there a customer came in who came in cursing at someone in the parking lot. He went in front of me in line and verbally abused the security guard, the gentleman behind the check-in window, and at least 2 other customers while he was there. They still served him (they said he'd been coming for like 10 years), but they did apologize to me for having to witness that. Overall, although the product is good, with the lack of ftp deal and feeling unsafe in the foyer, I'm not sure if I'll be back. **Edit: Based on their response below, I will probably go back. I liked everything else about them. :-)

We do apologize for the actions of one of our customers. After the incident we did take action to ban that customer from returning. In regards to parking.. with the exterior renovations the parking spots in the driveway have been temporarily compromised with the scaffolding, but there is usually plenty of street parking available on Ventura Blvd right in front of us. If you do return I'm sure your next visit will be the pleasant experience you should of had the first time.

My favorite dispensary in all of LA
This is hands down my favorite dispensary in all of Los Angeles. I do not live in the Valley - but often times will make the trek out there just to visit this shop. The product is ALWAYS amazing - super potent, good prices, and a good selection! Every time I walk out of this shop I have a HUGE smile on my face. The workers go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. If you live in the area THIS is where to go!!!!

Reasons I like this place: Friendly people, prices are straightforward, right off the freeway, convenient, fast I don’t really have anything negative to say about this place. For a novice smoker like me, this place fits my needs completely.

I left with a half ounce of top quality frosty variety and one Stony Wicked Legend PK and then My partner talked me into splurging and we got a new BONG,, we had to the weed looked so incredible We had to have brand-new glass to smoke from!

A bit pricey, but very high quality
As a first time patient here, I was impressed with the help, information, and selection of product they have (got a free joint as a new patient). More strains on their menu than most other collectives in the area. Gram prices are a bit on the high side, but very high quality, and potent medicine. Now that I've been there several times and sampled several of their strains, all of them are as advertised and potent quality. Love the variety and quality here... Parking can be a little hard but you can usually find parking on the side streets.

Just came back from WVPG, and what can I say. Every time I go they don't disappoint. My favorite. There Epic Malibu Pure Kush is just fire 🔥 and they carry my favorite edible (Kiva). Thank you West Valley Patient Group for always being there.

Quality, Variety and Helpful Staff.
I've been going to this club for years (7+), and I can always count on WVPG to have high quality flowers and waxes. They regularly have 100+ flower strains on the menu board, along with a great selection of shatter, crumble and oils. Their prices are competitive and their waxes are second to none. This is the only place I get my extracts (I primarily smoke off a skillet). Between the high quality product and the friendly/knowledgable staff, I have no reason to take my business elsewhere. WVPG has always treated me well which keeps me coming back.

I have been going here for years and even since I moved to Chatsworth, I continue to drive the extra miles to be treated like a respected customer. Also...being in a wheelchair after breaking my neck in '92, the accessibility for my power chair is second to none! Josh and his team are knowledgeable about all the types of medicine they carry as well as the edibles. With the pain relief I get from the medicine, my spasms are controlled and my pain is very limited...THANKS WVPG for all that you do!!! God bless!!!
