First time hitting up a shop in the city and it was a experience to remember. We told the very cute staff we were getting a ton of stuff and they were nothing but patient, suggestive and had a good sense of humour. Clean shop and definitely gonna hit it up again. Thanks ladies !

To be fair, this was my first experience with a dispensary in Toronto, so I don’t have much to compare to. But the store was nice, staff was friendly and relatable, good music, great product, fair prices. I really don’t have any other reason to go elsewhere.

I’m relatively new to the city and came across Hello Cannabis, which was relatively close by. My experience from start to finish was nothing but excellent. I didn’t catch the Budtenders name, but she was as sweet as pie. 12/10 recommend!!

Bad recommendation, bad product, bad service

I was recommended a new vape cartridge by the girl who worked there..turns out to not smoke properly, you had to inhale really hard and it produced very little smoke, cartridge did not appear to have a proper seal. Brought it back and was told “that’s just how those work”. Her solution was to give me a $5 vape battery and I had to settle with a broken cartridge for $45. What great service, will never go back.
