We get it. Your owners are on some capitalist hype bro sh*t. But what does that have to do with letting your bud tenders take tips!? You’re paying them next to nothing and they can’t walk home with extra cash? What are you, an Apple store ? I will never shop here again out of principal. Absolutely horrendous experience with this dispo. First time visiting an establishment in IL. Awful all around. I suggest you visit another place that is close to the airport. I was so disappointed with the product. This place is worse than a McDonalds of Cannabis. The herb was disgusting. Customer service even more atrocious. But it was really my short phone call afterwards with the General Manager that made it easy to believe that this place is a fraudulent establishment. I sincerely believe the GM should look for other work. He was incredibly rude, continuously interrupted me, and will not be able to explain why I called, because he was interrupting the entire time. He sounds awful to work with. He argued with me when there should really have been more of a discussion. GM failed me and all customers on multiple levels on the day I visited. He does not honor the customers especially or the herb. A sad market y’all have here. Buyer Beware.

We came here to buy concentrates, we took it back to our hotel and a giant thread looking thing was in the jar. We immediately called and let them know we were coming back. We got here and security wouldnt even let us in the building. Said management was in the back doing an email (????) and that we had to come back even though we had just called. They said they were doing inventory and wouldn’t let us in. What kind of business only has one person that can help with daily problems and decisions and doesn’t just put that down to help a customer? Wtf there should always be a lead on the floor if the manager is in the back for hours at a time and can’t attend to someone in need. Horrible customer service. Took 4 hours to figure this out

I had an order to pick up and, because their parking spaces were filled by cars from attendees to a nearby festival, I had to park in a giant parking garage that was like 15 minutes in walking distance from the store. I was very anxious to see if they would validate my parking. The gentleman working upfront wasn't able to do it and the manager told me to go to another store. Also, the gentleman at the desk kept on leaving me to help other customers. Normally this wouldn't have upset me but I was real focused on not being charged for parking and he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and wasn't getting anyone else to help me. He just left me there. If you are in the Schiller Park/Rosemont area, I recommend Earthmed dispensary, which is on Touhy AVE just off of Manheim RD. The pricing is about the same. People are friendlier and the place is more organized. The BIG difference is parking. Earthmed has a large lot and Verilife is very difficult to access with few spaces if you can

Sorry guys, bad advice from staff. Pointing me towards things like Blue Face when asking for melty Indicas. Server was completely vacant/ kinda rude. Ended up spending 80 bucks on some ‘top shelf’ nugs that flatten to powder in my fingers. You hate to see it
