Long story short Ben coming here about two years at least three times a week, roughly 3000 a year plus good tipping, 30 days prior. I was short two dollars and everyone in there acted like they didn’t even know who I was but it’s funny. They knew me when I was putting money in their little green fu**** buckets for tips. Today came here only cause I had to was $1.50 short using my card with all the fees once again looking at me like you’re fu****, this will be the very last time I come here. Funny thing is both of these times the manager has not been here anybody with a head on their shoulders That knows anything at all about running a business would’ve had no problem eating those couple of dollars to keep $3000 a year, especially with the fu*** insane markups in the marijuana industry.! This is hands down the best shop CT has to offer! I’ve been to a few other places that weren’t even comparable. Venu has great staff who are always right there to help you with anything. Nice variety of product- since the state is still in the process of allowing for more programs and product you can’t expect what you see in dispensaries in CO or CA But nevertheless Venu has some really great gems, a wide variety of strains. Don’t question it just go!
