Very nice place parking in the front and back. Security guard. When go inside it is like being grocery store. One stop shop they have everything you need. They always have a great deals love the customer service never had a problem. Had a problem with the vape cartridge. Had no problem getting a new one replaced. I love the fact that they’ll let me bring my messenger bag inside. A lot of places make you leave it at the front door. They’re very cool about it. And I really appreciate it. Makes it really easy for me to carry my things. So thank you very much for that. One of the best shops I’ve ever been to keep up the wonderful job and the wonderful customer service. They are taxing us BAD. Honestly idk why people still go here when theres cheaper/better quality shops VERY CLOSE BY that aren’t gentrified. Like for real, you get more bang for your buck without the taxes.

Nice, Clean, and Professional

From Pasadena I usually commute to WTC in studio city because they are clean, reputable, and never too long of a wait. But I think I found my new regular spot right in my own back yard at Varda. First off parking is a breeze, Plenty of street parking at the front of the store on Colorado and there is additional parking in the back also accessible through Colorado. Walking in there is a security guard that will check your ID. For the most part the guy was doing his job, didn't really greet customers, didn't really give off a friendly vibe but not a hostile one either. After getting checked in I met with a gentleman named Josiah who took the time to ask if it was my first time in the store and showed me around the sales floor. Showed me the collection of staff favorites displayed in the cases and after telling him what I wanted he proceeded to show me what I wanted. Bought a quarter bag and a bong. Thanks Josiah I'll be back for more.

Amazing for the 1st shop in Pasadena !

I just want to begin by saying - WOOOT WOOT Pasadena finally got their first legal shop!! Congratulations to y’all. Nonetheless, this shop has a wonderful vibe. Right off the bat I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. The staff are really nice, they know their stuff for sure, and I get a feeling like everyone is genuinely passionate about what they do. I learned a lot from this nice young lady at the register, she even stopped cleaning to help me. The customer is definitely the priority. As for the shop itself, it’s really clean and they are following covid protocol efficiently. This looks like it’s gonna have to be my go to from here on out. Bye bye trap$hop. Peace !!
