I ordered for curbside and the email said website will update when ready. I checked the website for over an hour and a half and it was never updated. I drove to the place, parked in a curbside spot and called to check on my order. The guy told me that I should have just came in instead of waiting for the alert which is not what the email says. He then refused curbside because it was after 9:00 and I had to go inside and wait in line behind 5 people, defeating the whole purpose on preordering. Just for context the only reason I did curbside was because I had just had surgery and was not wanting to be out and standing more than I had to. What bothered me was the too bad so sad attitude from the employees. I think some of the staff forget that a lot of people utilize the product for medical purposes and should have a least listened when I tried to explain the situation. Also, the business needs to make very clear the curbside hours, because it wasn’t clear in my google search.

Never go thru drive thru. They don’t have anyone designated manning the drive thru and it takes forever. Oh and then they make you wait curbside for another 10 minutes on top of that lmaoooo🤣🤣🤣. Dammit but I already waited 50 mins for this so what can I do now but take a lesson.

Ive been going to valley pure for about a year now. I used to visit the farmersville location but recently started going to Tulare location cause it's a closer commute. I rate them 5 stars comparing to ALL other clubs in the Tulare county. they have the best prices in town for a storefront dispensary.. every Wednesday & Friday is 20% off. they have such better prices and more variety compared to their neighbors Token Farms. go give them a try, recommend going on wed or Fri forsure for a more satisfying and affordable experience

I have been amazed by the Tulare store, and a wonderful worker of yours amber has always been able to pick out exactly what I was looking for and Everytime she's right,, and she does that same thing for everyone else I send to you, some people are intimidated and just don't know what they want,, but I have told them to ask for her, amber, and just say what taste, and strength and every time she is able to pick out what I bye,, I and my friends are absolutely impressed with the fact that she's able to get products that are amazing and actually helps with pain management and everyone that I send to your store are constantly impressed with the products she picks out., I am just amazed how good she is, I personally like indica and indica hybrids and sweet taste and the STRENGTH and she picks out the idems I and people who I send to your store and they call me later and say how happy they are,, a person who can do that brings me back Everytime.. pain in my back she helps me everytime.thanks

I have been going through VP in Farmersville for years, I live in Tulare, and I Love that I can go to the VP closest to me.Thank you VP for opening a new dispensary in Tulare CA! Your prices beat all the other stores I've been to, and it's a huge difference! it's well worth it! I recommend VP for everyone! Check it out, it's worth it! Also Weedmaps App gives their menu and you can see the prices before you even go! The only thing is, the taxes are around 29.5% due to changes in City ordinances. But, the discounts they offer, take away the difference in taxes. 55 yrs & older is 10% off, then Wed and Friday it's 20% off. So consider the discounts when dealing with taxes. It's worth it!! It's almost 420 people!! I'm sure they will have a variety of products available for sale!! if not already!! If you have any questions or problems just kindly ask the staff. 💚
