I ordered for curbside and the email said website will update when ready. I checked the website for over an hour and a half and it was never updated. I drove to the place, parked in a curbside spot and called to check on my order. The guy told me that I should have just came in instead of waiting for the alert which is not what the email says. He then refused curbside because it was after 9:00 and I had to go inside and wait in line behind 5 people, defeating the whole purpose on preordering. Just for context the only reason I did curbside was because I had just had surgery and was not wanting to be out and standing more than I had to. What bothered me was the too bad so sad attitude from the employees. I think some of the staff forget that a lot of people utilize the product for medical purposes and should have a least listened when I tried to explain the situation. Also, the business needs to make very clear the curbside hours, because it wasn’t clear in my google search.

I have been going through VP in Farmersville for years, I live in Tulare, and I Love that I can go to the VP closest to me.Thank you VP for opening a new dispensary in Tulare CA! Your prices beat all the other stores I've been to, and it's a huge difference! it's well worth it! I recommend VP for everyone! Check it out, it's worth it! Also Weedmaps App gives their menu and you can see the prices before you even go! The only thing is, the taxes are around 29.5% due to changes in City ordinances. But, the discounts they offer, take away the difference in taxes. 55 yrs & older is 10% off, then Wed and Friday it's 20% off. So consider the discounts when dealing with taxes. It's worth it!! It's almost 420 people!! I'm sure they will have a variety of products available for sale!! if not already!! If you have any questions or problems just kindly ask the staff. 💚
