After years of going here, I'll never go back. Unprofessional, and very very lazy. My flower purchase is always the same two strains of the same brand. It's been that for over 6 years in the system there. What I received this last visit is not the correct flower strain in the bag, all 4 7g bags. Did the employee want to take my information, contact stizzy or talk to others to see if they have received similar calls. Nope. Just sorry, you must be mistaken, then to explain the flower and the flavor, as if I have not been buying ounces at a time for years. I'm familiar with the strain, and the flavor. The fact a whole box of stizzy 7g bags could be the wrong flower inside is serious. The gal would rather keep selling them, driving away loyal customers over a distributor issue, rather than look into it. I just wanted it to be looked into, maybe exchange mine at some point if possible. But at the minimum, it should be looked into. Nope, too lazy.
