After a hard day I came into the store with a Karen attitude and was immediately greeted in the kindest way. Great variety and my budtender took such good care of me. A wonderful experience

The staff at this location are great, very helpful. The staff take their time to explain thing and have great suggestions for how to use the product because I use consumables. The staff are also very professional and will let me know if my product is in or if they know when the store will have more. I was helped today by Brandon who did a great job, he had to keep going into the back to make sure I got the product I wanted vary patient with me I really appreciated it. I was help buy a young woman there but I can’t remember her name. wonderful store great service highly recommend.

Finally Fixed

Thank you!!!! Urban Wellness on Montano. I was having an issue with my points. I had been to two other Urban Wellness locations. As always they gave me great customer service and tracked my points. Thank you to Tony and Adrian for taking the extra steps to really fix my issue and ensure that I received all my points. Thank you Aaron for letting management know of my issue and also recommending The Mountaintop Extract gummies. Definitely will be back. Best customer service I've had.

This place was really good. The guy who helped me was very helpful. The toffees he suggested were delicious and they actually made me feel something. He told me to put them in the fridge and that helped them not be so sticky. The only downside here is those damn fees to use your card. That was my fault, next time just bring cash to avoid those extra fees.
