great experience at 98th Street Urban wellness!

I had a great experience there. there are very new and modern shop. there are video screens everywhere listing the different weights and prices and information on flower. they have a more refined look in their customer service area. they are new but they were very well organized. I greatly appreciated one of the managers taking the time to talk to me and get to know what I was looking for. their free gram applies to everything in the store which is amazing! more stores would do well to take that into consideration. there is no pressure for me to pick lower grade weed. in addition to the free Graham, they also gave me an extra half gram of a very specific strain for people with pain and nausea. all told I walked out with a free gram and a half. that kind of customer care and service earned my loyalty. the flower quality itself was amazing. other places have stuff that is dried out and still priced as premium. their weed actually had crystals on it still! it's well worth your time!

I live on this side of town and it hard to make it in to the city! Great location very nice. Great service! very welcoming staff & fun! Got some shake to bakes on a great deal! Also they saved me money with my urban wallet. (Drops mic) "boom" If your not at urban wyaaaaa!?

Love this place

Polite, knowledgable staff. Products are of much higher quality than literally anywhere in the state. Prices suck everywhere but that's New Mexico's fault and this is the only place that makes it worth it.

Herbs kinda dry

Flower is great managers never around

Don't know if they're coming or going you cant even fill my online orders right every time I go in my orders supposed to be ready I get a text message that states its ready when I get there they can't find my order they don't know where it's at they don't know who filled it then I have to wait for them to fill my order again that's even if they have the flower that I wanted When I ask why my order is never filled and this is the 3rd time this has happened They don't know what to tell me I went in the other day to get some more flower they wanted to charge me full price I get a discount. dude wanted to argue about my discount He asked me for a credit card I told him you're not supposed to ask for a credit card it is a paper It is called an award letter I've been coming here many years It's sad that I have to put up with uncompetent employees that think they're right and I'm wrong I shouldn't have to fight for my discount I shouldn't have to wait for my flower .
