It’s well cured on the outside but still bright and soft when you cut in. Hand heat and pressure creates a dark exterior with a smooth textured interior. Deep coffee earthiness balanced with subtle sweetness. It smokes incredibly well with a creamy and thick smoke. Packaged in home compostable jars.
