Everytime we go to this awesome dispensary, we husband and wife, have always been treated with respect, answer any questions and as far as we are concerned.. been on card since 2011,if they treat you right, then we go back! Great service
Went to ultra health on NM recreational opening day. There was a line but they got through it fast. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Got me what I needed and out the door in no time. Nice job!

Very unpleasant visit 11/19/20
Simply put, the receptionist temporarily LOST both my NMDL and NM medical card. And then refused to take any responsibility for doing so (she was "keeping them safe"). This behaviour is completely and utterly unacceptable in a medical office apmosphere and this employee should be discharged immediately for incompitence. I will never patronize any Ultra Health location and suggest you all do the same.
