Good product, budtender was super cool and the strains he suggested were 100% on point with the kind of bud I like. Very comfortable atmosphere. Felt like I was just talking to a friend, but yet still a professional environment. Will definitely be returning.

Title says it all. The flower here is consistently good. All other cannabis based products are exceptional. I’ve tried other dispensaries and they aren’t very good when you compare against Ultra. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly . The only dispensary I’ve been to where you ask about the strains and they are able to tell you benefits about each one.

Great shop and staff. Products needs improvement

The shop and staff are great! The tenders are knowledgeable and have great customer service. 1 tender has a habit of shaking the jar instead of handpicking good buds for the patients. I’m a huge connoisseur and that is a no no for me. I won’t even want the product if it is shake. There is a wide selection usually on the menu and they also bring in other products from urban wellness and other shops in the state. So a nice selection is always on hand. The quality of the flower could use some improvement. Some strains need to be flushed longer. Storing and curing the flower should be done with humidity packs as New Mexico is a very dry state and this cause issues with the flower. Small changes both on the growing end and shops end will definitely improve the quality of product and maintain the quality. No one likes old dried to dust herb! Well cured, flushed and hand trimmed. No machines no wet trimming. These small changes will help tremendously. Still one of my go to shops in New Mexico

Friendly staff. A variety of products. I got a gram and they put it on these horrible bags where everything sticks to the sides. It was even worse because they gave me a bunch of crumbles instead of a bud. Low quality stuff.
