RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Ultra Cannabis will accept returns or exchanges of damaged or defective products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis product or accessories must be in the original packaging. Flower is not included. All flower sales are final including shelf flower and prepackaged flower. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Ultra Cannabis. Store credit only - Refunds are not permitted.
