When I order online it takes them hours till fill the order so I finally just showed up. I was still on the list for online orders so they took care of at least 10 walk in patients before me because my order was not ready yet. Why can't they just put me on the walk in list so I can get my order. No I waited 40 minutes on August 9th until I finally asked why am I not being called up. They tried to say we called your name. I said no I was standing right here. Finally a Budtender called me and gave no apology. There was Baked Brothers vendor thete. She had no idea when I asked to buy their product 2 for $20. She tried to ring it up for $46. She asked me if I wanted to use my points but then forgot to redeem them when gave me total. Another time they charged me recreational when I had a card. I reminded her this time. Products are great. Customer service and online orders process needs a lot of work. When I walked out I got a text my order was ready. So difficult. I will go to Story.
