My items are always magically "Missing"

First time I ordered with treetz I thought it was an accident, an item was missing they ended up covering it on the next order. I ordered again recently and another item was "missing". The first time ill give you that. For it to keep happening someone is obviously stealing from customers. I dont NEED to order from here, do you really need a $5-20 item so badly you have to steal it from a customer? You lost my business.
