I ordered online and drove to the store to pickup. The staff was polite and attentive in addressing my order, and the manager handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and generosity. Overall, the team at this location is well-equipped to provide excellent service. The interior is beautiful, parking is easy, and the shop has a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Straight up, both operate more like illegal trap shops than actual dispensaries. • Hollywood GM: Shows up drunk, talks about firing staff while intoxicated, lies, steals, and will fire whole crews on a whim. One minute she’s your “friend,” the next she’s backstabbing you. Toxic AF. • Echo Park GM: Uses the job to flirt and hand out free products to attractive women, ignoring other customers even when the store is slammed. Pay is a joke: Late 2–3 weeks at times, no proper pay stubs or tax forms, while they’re showing off brand-new cars. Questions about pay or store rules? Treated like you’re a problem. These owners and managers have zero clue how to run a legal dispensary, and it shows. If you want professional service, fair pay, and a safe work environment, stay the hell away from these places — don’t spend your money or waste your time.

Exceptional product and service

I came to visit for the first time and my budtender Mug was extremely helpful guiding me through different products and types of highs they had available. Very nice selection of bud but pens are what I came for, Mug talked to me like he really knew what I was looking for and nailed the recommendations as he went through all the flavors and different effects from his personal experience and what he recommends for me after hearing how I like to smoke. I actually learned a few things from him and enjoyed the experience. Walked out with a few Turn carts and a new Plug Play which all hit like crazy and taste amazing, will definitely be returning soon and hope to see him again.
