Having lived in Denver for a hot second now, I have had the pleasure of touring the many great dispensaries in and around the city. Trees will remain my top pick almost entirely due to their customer service. MARK, a very pleasant man for the get go, was so genuinely excited to help me with my experience. A presence as warming and inviting as his own made me feel like I was being wrapped in a blanket of great warmth and love. He also picked out a super dope (ah yes, pun intended) indica strain for me that was amazing! So yeah, good weed, cool atmosphere and excellent customer service. Ask for Mark if you can!

Whenever I see that a business has a four-plus star rating, I always go straight to the one star reviews to see what the entitled folk are complaining about because usually when the majority of people are giving five star reviews, it indicates that the scattered one star reviews that drag down the average ratings are coming from...ahem...some "special" people. Sure enough, the first one star review was from somebody whining about the fact that they came to the pre-order express line and the budtender wouldn't alter the order or bring out the bud jars for him/her to inspect. That's why it's the EXPRESS line. As somebody who frequently orders ahead to save time, it's always an annoyance to be behind a customer who doesn't grasp the concept of pick up and go. If you want to ask questions, the bud tenders here are the friendliest and most knowledgeable I've encountered and they've always been happy to answer all of my questions and take the time to explain everything to me...ON THE NORMAL LINE. This place rocks! Tracy, Doug, Donnell, and Brittney get special shout outs but everybody here has been amazing. Always a great experience!

Very nice set up. Love that you can see and smell products before getting to the counter. They also have a line for pre ordering! Reasonably priced 👍🏼

Highly recommend , probably the single best dispensary I've been in. I consistently shop at stores on Broadway and Arapahoe road. And just came across this dispensary the closest 1 to Highlands ranch West. This place has the coolest and most innovative way to; see the product.... touch it...... read it.... Before you even get in line.... Such a smart set up 2 get products in hand, and resulting in such a beautiful experience. P.s.-------oh yeah and you have a great staff and a nice clean happy store 👍 $44 ounce of shake (the real stuff with little popcorn nugs)out the door..... I'm smoking it now as I write this review and this is better than anything I've ever gotten in starbuds!!!---- no matter what shelf it was on
