Timber is the best dispensary in big rapids they have semi solid deals but the first 5 visits deal are awesome. Alex the nug master is exactly what I look for in a bud tender! I enjoyed my trip into timber and found that I like high minded mote than mitten carts. Game changer.

+Great weed and spectacular atmosphere smelled amazing. Kiersten was so nice leting us know thier first time deals. (5stars) –Masenp was easily distracted/confused and got our order mixed up twice (No biggie) but he became frustrated and argumentive after he had to go to the back for the 3rd time.(not our fault)Customer service ruined what should've be a fun exciting stop somewhere new. +love the free stickers and the first time deal. We'll try this location again in a couple months i really liked thier brand. we'll update our review at that time.

Absolutely love high minded products, carts flower prerolls! I asked Mason to grab me a mix of the prerolls and some deli flower. I guess timber changed growers and the new flower coming out is trash. I took his word and went with his suggestions instead....wish I ignored that and stuck with my original order. Did timber change growers?

Way to go Timber! Alex is the best bud tender in big rapids. I had an absolute blast shopping there. The presidential pancakes flower is amazing. This shop was clean as a whistle and well lit. Alex was hilarious and turned what normally feels like an errand and made it fun, which says something. A Great review for a great dispensary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I had the best budtender, Alex was an incredible with his selections and made our time at timber a memorable one. My husband normally treats a dispensary trip like a chore but we found ourselves talking about this visit our entire way home, shaking my husband's hand and thanking him for his military service while checking in followed by what he called "the lightning tour" of the sales room which was nothing less than HILARIOUS, we really enjoyed our visit and the high minded prerolls he suggested. This is what I call award winning customer service. Thank you Timber! See you soon!

If your looking for more than just the typical service from a dispensary go see Alex and at Timber. We have an absolute blast with him everytime. 3.7/5 Prices (depending on preference) 5/5 Service 3/5 Check in (where's everyone at?) 3.8/5 Selection (Limited selection) He did say selection would be updated shortly and to keep a lookout on the Timber app

I've been to multiple shops in Big Rapids, and Timber has the best staff, is the cleanest, and provides high quality product. HUGE fan of their flower selection. What we are all starting to learn, if it's super cheap, it's gonna be low quality. They have the best flower at the fairest prices. Keep it up Timber!

I went in looking for an ounce they had advertised for sale and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get one of those! That didn’t stop them though… They did it better for me. Still got an ounce and it was only a couple dollars more. The best part is the bud tender took money out of his own wallet to cover it!!! Amazing service!! Will definitely be returning!! Thank you!
