The aesthetics are amazing🌺 After checking in with security the little secret door to Narnia pops open. Whether you have a pre order or you're there to shop every aspect is nicely configured & convenient. Product selection is a wide variety, you can try something new each time. There's something for everyone whether you're looking to get it done for the day, be done for the day, or ride right down the middle. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the biggest draws is management. They are hands on, friendly, with an ABUNDANCE of knowledge and ALWAYS a minute to listen to cares and concerns. They do very well with restocking. I have confidence going outside of my comfort zone. My list of favorites is much longer now thanks to them and has broadened my horizons drastically. Lastly, the coin for the claw machine on the way out regardless of your order size. Just because you're appreciated and valued as a customer.
