Lord, I am sooooooooo tired of the shops filled with stoner culture posters, gangsta vibe, fist bumps and BS that is going to ultimately get a bunch of places, deservedly, shut down. It's supposed to be about healing and providing medicine. I recently made a visit here on the advice of others I trust, and was very pleased with the entire experience, their approach to herbal meds, and how the connect with you as a person.
Vic the tender was knowledgeable, friendly and sober. I cannot say the same about my long-time previous shops.
By the way, don't come here if you're in a hurry. The process takes time, and only two people are allowed in at a time. I visited the joint called 35 cap not too far away, where they let in a ridiculous # of people at a time into a small space, many of whom looked quite shady and not the kind of folks I want to be in a shop with..EVER.
The shoppers I ran into during my visit were like me: a bit older and chilled out (a cauc. woman in her late 50s/early 60s, and an African-American fellow in late 40s/early 50s).
My only concern here is that they have the proper security in place, and they likely do, since they seem to have their act together in all areas.
