4 of the last 6/7 times I’ve ordered , you didn’t have what I ordered in stock . Also there is a strain that’s shows strain is 35 % thc and it shows on the package it’s at 30 % I I would think that you would want to maintain with customers that you have instead of driving them away . wouldn’t call this professional or responsible business

The first time I came in here I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, nice ambiance and the large fish tank in the lobby, then I was treated to some kind of new customer deal where I got a free joint and a discount on everything.. they had some really great prices and products which left me leaving with a smile. Next, I brought a friend and there was some other kind of promotion with a cool company COMMON CITIZEN giving out free bowls, bags, grinders, papers, lighters-- everything ! Plus it was like buy one eighth (4 grams here) get one free, so we wound up getting like an ounce of weed for like $3 a gram! Great experience, I'd definitely come back

Caring, knowledgable staff & HUGE potent selection
Vast variety, more expensive than other shops but the selection makes up for it. The employees are excited to chat with you while other shops they seems bored. I like the raffle promotion and the Bacio Gelato was great, more sativa than I like but the flavor was so floral I've never had one that was so reminiscent of a bouquet of Easter flowers. The Oreoz were insane, that flower is super Indica and absolutely amazing. So potent and I need something strong for my pain. Then I got the Ya Hemi THCA desert sand at 96% pure thc and 99% total Cannabinoids, I was in outer space! Spend a little more and its sooooo worth it. It's also closer than other shops. Just wish the medical discount was a bit more! 10% is nice though. Love the fish tank too. From thca to edibles, they have everything in one place and tons of discounts and promotions, it's seriously a fantastic option.

Inaccurate Inventory
Tried to order online and kept getting an error. Drove 30 min to find that their weed maps menu is not accurate at all. Even the in-store inventory system isn't accurate and requires physically checking each product. Not a good experience.

Won't stand behind their product
Bought a $20 preroll pack and mild. Would not draw smoke at all. Went back only to be told to re roll it with no refunds or exchanges. If you want weed that won't smoke this is the place for it. Will not be back.

dont go here if your a medical patient
before going let me tell you what they don't. if you have a medical card go to a medical dispensary they only have recreational items they fast talk about discounts and then add the discounts back as a tax it would be nice to have been told when signing in or buying product it's only rec and about the money that's it oh and after spending over 400 the 7 bucks in credit points well I'm guessing they know where they can stick it don't go here

We do discount our med patients the 10% off the whole order to negate the excise tax on recreational customers! If you would like to call or come in to the shop we can show you the receipt where we discounted your order!
