Ordered at 7:30 PM. Delivery arrived at 9 PM. Opened the bag and — surprise — they sent the small version instead of the large one I paid for. Difference? About $8. I contacted the store, the driver, basically everyone. The driver kept calling me “my love,” which was already uncomfortable enough considering I’m married and just wanted the correct order, not a weird late-night interaction. Then the store acted like THEY were doing ME a favor by fixing THEIR mistake. At 9 PM they promised me an ETA of 9:26 PM. Nobody came. After multiple calls and texts, I finally received a message at midnight saying “the order is here”… while I was obviously asleep because some people have normal schedules. Next morning I texted again, stayed home waiting until 10:30 AM, got another “ASAP” promise… and again, nobody showed up. Phones unanswered. So in the end, I paid more for a product I never received, wasted an entire night chasing people, and got customer service that somehow made me feel guilty
