There is a guy who is always smiling and in a great mood who checks ids. Love that he is always sending positive vibes as soon as you walk in the door. This place is great and i really enjoy going there. Their recomendations are always on point.
Amazing staff and great prices
My husband and I travel just over an hour just to buy our product. We have lots of options in between but nobody beats the customer service and the positive attitude from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is always helpful and they don't give you "hurry up and buy" attitude. prices are Amazing the products that are carried are top notch. Thank You ALL for standing out from the rest.

Great Shop: helpful, friendly, good selection
They had everything I was looking for and more! I came in to buy some joints but ended up leaving with a bunch of bonus goodies. I'm fairly new to marijuana so I thought joints would be nice and easy for me. The girls were able to help me find some great tasting options along with some edibles. I went home with 2 joints, a lemonade, and cooking oil. I've never seen the cooking oil before, I thought that was super cool. I'll be back soon!

I had the best experience at the weed store today when I stopped in Ellensburg today. The ladies were very friendly and fun to falk to about what I was going to do while I smoked which helped me pick out a great gram of blonde shatter for only 25 bucks which is half of what I pay in Seattle! The friend I'm visiting got an ounce for only 100 bucks of God Bud at 29% that smoked AWESOME.

Best in town
My girlfriend and I visit this place every time because the staff is always helpful and there is a lot of selection compared to the other stores in town. I also always enjoy the door greeters, they never make it feel like you're being a burden when entering the store.
Personal Favorite
We've been to every dispensary in town and a few out of town, but always come back to The Green Shelf. Their staff is always energetic and helpful with every request and put thought behind their suggestons. Prices and deals are always great! We are always satisfied with their suggestions and our own choices in product. We will be returning many more times in the not-so-distant future! ;)

the green shelf is by far the best store in ellensburg. the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. they have excellent product and always has a recommendation or replacement if they are out of the brand/strain of weed i am looking for. the prices are reasonable and they typically have some sort of sale going on. only reason i give 4 stars on price instead of 5 is because i simply think marijuana prices are too high in general. not so much a reflection on the green shelf itself. if your passing through ellensburg, be sure to stop a The Green Shelf. u cant miss it! look for the bright green store on main street. there is a store directly next door so u can get your munchies. the ULTIMATE 1 stop shopping.
Friendly little shop
Green Shelf is a nice little shop that fits right in with the small town feel of Ellensburg while providing quality products. They have a smaller selection but still cover everything from your lower grade to top shelf products all at a reasonable price. Feel free to ask the staff about any need or curiosity you have and they are always more than willing to help with a smile.
Best customer service.
Literally the best customer service you'll find in the valley. The moment you walk in the door there is a rep there to assist you not only in the selection of what you have in mind already, but always are sure to keep you up to date on the newest products coming out. They are also VERY knowledgeable when it comes to first time smokers. You can't find the best deals, and their selection isn't massive, but THIS is where you want to go if you want a local touch.

Epitome of unprofessional
Coming to the store to see the manager, I was a little irritated but I told the story to the owner, Brittany, and she acted in a very hostile manner. She informs me that the battery that we were using probably shorted the cartridges that we bought an tells me about a policy where bud tender should have told me about the cartridge battery requirement. I was never told about this, just about the receipt. She then tells me she will look at the camera and find the time stamp that I was in the store to make sure that I was not told about the voltage and would chew out that bud tender even when recording audio in stores is illegal in Washington. I respond by saying that i was sold a product that I can not use. She dismisses it, mentioning that we were able to get a small amount out of the product. She says if my attitude was different she might have worked with me. She then offers the manufacture’s phone number and when I say “sure” she tells me to google it. She has a reputation for a reaso
