I have tried many of the Rec dispensaries around town, and will not stray from The Farm again. The bud costs *a little* more here, but it's well worth it. Their flower is high quality. No pesticides ever touched the stuff. Their oil is amazing. (Hummingbird Brand Oil). I don't feel sketched out when I walk through the front like I do in other shops - in fact, it's the exact opposite.
Edit: I also love that the bud is pre-packed. I have seen people state that they don't like this and I can't for the life of me figure out why. I'd rather not get a dried out nug from a jar that someones hands have been in.
The Farm excels in delivering consistent high quality and a large selection of strains. I usually go for the 1/8th or 1/4 specials of the week. They do an above average job of curing and overall don't seem rush anything. My last purchase of an 1/8th of Alpha Cow was spot on. The trichomes were gold tinged and the bud snapped apart with a crispness exactly like popcorn. I rolled a pin joint of about a 1/3 gram, and smoked half which was enough to keep me very energetic and euphoric for about 90 minutes. Potency is listed close to 20%, and it felt like every bit of of that.
One thing I have noticed is that the 1/8 and 1/4 oz sizes were more likely to have a nice crown bud "glory nugget". The $100 halves are composed of mainly the smaller buds, but in my opinion are still a good value, even if it isn't composed of High Times centerfold buds.
So at least you aren't paying $16 a gram for water like you will at the $100 ounce stores that often sell barely dried cannabis. If you are price conscious, the Farm seems to offer a 1/4 ounce of one strain for for under $50 (+tax) regularly. I've never felt ripped off by the price/value for their lower priced strains.
The Express service is the way to go if. Place order online, walk in, usually you don't even have time to sit down before someone comes out to get you. Since it's a separate register, usually there is zero wait time. The times I've gone in as a walk in customer, the wait was perhaps 10 minutes with several people ahead of me. Not bad really, but I avoid high-volume days/times.
There is a large selection of glass, clothing, and pot-themed merch, which I guess is great for those that have that kind of money to spend!
I have smoked and grown Dutch seed for 35 years. I know good weed. You won't find it here. Weed was not christalized and smelled like leaf. They need to get a real grower. Weed is $67 a quarter for some crap budget weed. $100 for the "better weed". I can get same weed at Terrapin for $45 a quarter and at Elements for $40. Great spot for 20 something no nothing young potheads...

Very much enjoyed the hummingbird dab oil I got, and will definitely be back for more !
The farm has a great aesthetic appeal. The waiting room was large, open, and comfortable, and some of the strains were described very well to me by a knowledgable staff person while I waited. The buds were very high end, and I love their homegrown Gumbi strain, something like 9% CBD.

I stopped at The Farm after flying in from another state. I'd never bought marijuana legally before, so this was going to be a new experience.
When I got to The Farm, I signed in and was called to the back after about 10 minutes. The customer service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Frankly, I hadn't smoked pot since I was in my early 20s, almost 30 years ago. So I asked about the various sativa varieties (I'm not interested in indicas), and he answered all of my questions completely.
But there was more than that. Since this was my first time buying pot legally, I mentioned a bunch of things not relating directly related to pot, and he was happy to talk without hurrying me to decide which strains I wanted. Try that anywhere else. (Go to Wendy's and say, "Hey, I'm from Tibet and have never seen one of these cool hamburger joints before," and see how receptive the harried order taker is.)
So I walked out with several gram samples of good sativas and sativa-based hybrids, plus a new ceramic pipe. And a good feeling about the staff and the store in general.

First off, when I ask for top shelf, I should not get seeds. Especially at these ridiculous prices. After being quoted more than $60 for an eigth of seedy shit, I walked out, and went to the green room and got an eight of chronic for $48 AFTER taxes. You are paying for their stupid storefront full of extremely overpriced glass and tshirts which only an idiot would waste their money on. I get that the storefront is supposed to be nice for people who are waiting, but it is full of hippies, and the chip system makes things feel shady, even though it's supposed to do the opposite. They inherently have to pay more for the storefront, so they overcharge their customers in order to pay for all that extra space, which doesn't do anything for us consumers. Go to the station or the green room if you are in the area. Better prices, better atmosphere, and haven't found any seeds so far. Also staff is genuinely friendly. Not trying desperately to be. Also ridiculous wait times.
