Threatened to tow my car parked on a public street. Telling me that he "needed" the spot for customers (even though I live in the building behind the dispensary and i'm allowed to park on a PUBLIC street). Then, continues to park in it himself. I hope they tell their customers that they'll be towed if yhey park there too!
