I have visited many different dispensaries in Massachusetts and Maine and the Botanist dispensaries consistently have the highest-quality flower.Their prices are basically the same as any other dispensary, but the difference is the quality .Highly Recommended.

I've enjoyed my interaction with the staff, as well as the products I've purchased so far. The interior is beautiful, clean and sanitary. My only wish is that the menu include actual photos for every product instead of some which include only stock images.

My first time at the Shrewsbury location was horrible. The entire time I was in the store I could hear a girl screaming in the back room. Very unprofessional, I could hear vulgar language CLEARLY. I also noticed someone who seemed to be the store manager ignore a bud tender that needed help. Seems like he has no work ethic. The staff that rang me out was awesome! The whole team on the floor was great. I would recommend promoting one of them and clearing out whoever they have there. Just my two cents. I won’t be back.

Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment of customers. Rude & short and looking at prior feedback, this is a COMMON occurrence here. As someone who has an extensive history in retail, you people are frankly walking embarrassments. Do better, be better, or move aside for better. You are but 1 branch, so you absolutely can be scrutinized higher expectations. If not yourself internally, then the Cannabis Control Commission. Pathetic. Edit - he Botanist in Worcester is far superior.
