I went to the Plymouth Meeting dispensary on Saturday and got the Dream tincture and a Green Love Potion disposable vape. So helpful with my sensory processing and I don’t remember the last time I slept so soundly. The ladies behind the counter were super knowledgeable and even laughed at my bad pop culture puns and Dad jokes.

Great place for meds!!

Been shopping here a while. $35 eighths and $40 carts on the menu pretty much all the time. Staff is friendly and always helpful in picking things out. Recommended.

Do not buy anything Ilera!!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with their products! $60 for an eighth and it is dirt! They said it was 24% thc and I felt NOTHING!! I purchased 2 strands and both had no effect whatsoever! Dont waste your money!

My favorite, so far

Been to 5 dispensaries in the Philly area. This was the best so far. I prefer the Ilera brand vape carts over Standard Farms I got at other clinics. The Ilera Kosher Kush oil packs a punch, but doesn’t hurt my lungs when I vape it. Also, it was $10 cheaper than SF carts. I like all the dispensaries I’ve gone to but I found Ilera’s products & prices better.

It ain’t bad for PA

Nice people. Some decent stuff. I’m spoiled having moved from Cali to PA. They have some fairly nice strains and the carts are very good. My favorite right now is Funky Pine.

Great supply & great staff

As a first time patient everyone was very welcoming and informative. The consultation helped me understand all of the products and what would help relive my pain. Everyone from the front desk staff to the co-workers filling the orders was extremely nice and helpful.

Excellent place!

Really cool dispensary with a kind of spa vibe. Placed an order via website and was in and out super fast. Grabbed a 3.5g flower for only $35 which was pretty darn good.

Good place

Everyone is nice there and they definitely use real bud, I have no idea what these other people are talking about. I've smoked for 20 years and my friends too and we got many different buds, cartridges there and it's all real and high quality.

Nervous about using medical marijuana

New patient first time at dispensary very nervous. Relaxed atmosphere. All staff wonderful pharmacist works with your needsCounter people very helpful to know what you need thank you for all your help will be back

Basically Garbage

Terribly cured. I live in the Philly area and Ive tried them out quite a few times. I mean the product is okay but for the price of 60 a 8th you gotta be on point. Hands down the worst brand in Pa. T I mean the Lucky Charms were alright but the rest was shittily grown. Like its no love

PTSD/socially anxious people beware

Extremely rude and unkind to people with ptsd and anxiety. If you have a bad experience no one cares or will even attempt to make the situation better. They’ll just stick up for each other and tell you to have better experiences elsewhere if you’re not wanting to return. They don’t care about you, your ptsd, and don’t consider that if people have ptsd and anxiety that maybe new social situations can be frightening or uncomfortable. They’ll just laugh and roll their eyes when a customer feels overwhelmed and talk trash to other people about you. Avoid if you have social anxiety or ptsd at all costs. They don’t care about you or the diagnosed health reasons you’re there in the first place. Get some sensitivity training and learn how to actually address issues instead of telling upset customers to have a nice time somewhere else.

Worst dispensary in the Philadelphia suburbs.

This dispensary is all about selling products and not helping people. They sold me so many products that didn't work and I got much better assistance and education at other dispensaries like Keystone. During Covid, they will not even tell you what the terpines are in meds, so you can decide whether to come in or not. Even if you say you live far away, they will not help. The staff is too young to really understand the concept of customer service, and they do not empathize with patients. Don't even bother with the manager, she is one of the worst.

Awful first visit

The two men working the front desk didn’t know how to operate the computer system. They let 2 people in ahead of me because they had been there before and I hadn’t. They wouldn’t tell me what’s going on and only say “you can have a seat sir” . A woman came out to help them with enter my info, so I thought, but I quickly realized they were helping and letting in a 3rd person before me. After 20 minutes of waiting with no updates whatsoever I had to ask for my IDs back and leave at which point they said “are you sure?it won’t take much longer”. Awful customer service and incompetence in the people who work the front desk. The suburbs are the worst.

I previously bought medical marijuana from them But when I got home my jar was tampered with and they told me theres nothing they can do about it so I'm just out of my meds Medical marijuana is too expensive to be taking a lost

Poor quality trim

Buds completely covered with leaves. Really poor quality again. Will not try again as you have not improved anything.

Poor Quality Product

On Tuesday 10/8I went to this location to purchase 5 grams of Prism Runtz Sugar, being a featured sale item at $21/gram. Upon purchasing them and before leaving the parking lot I inspected the product. I opened 3 units of the product - each one showed evidence of being over heated AND stored on it's side before sale - product had leaked into the outer threads of all the containers, onto the cardboards of 2 boxes (1 significantly). I am sure after opening 3 consecutive containers with this issue that all product offered for sale has this issue. Quite frankly damaged underweight product should not be (and am guessing legally cannot be) offered for sale. I drove from Skippack to Plymouth Meeting for this product. The "manager" seemed to take little interest in the issue with the product (currently still listed as available for purchase) and also seemed to have little interest in compensating me for my time and trouble. AVOID THIS DISPENSERY - DISHONEST & POSSIBLY ILLEAGAL..
