He personally gave me a call regarding the below issue and offered a solution that works for all, and will work on improving customer service in the stores. Thank you! I bought 2 Dosist brand disposable pens, one for me, one for a gift last week. Comes with 50 hits. The instructions on the picture. Moderate user 2 hits per hour. I tried one, waited 10 min, didn’t feel it. Another hit, waited and nothing. I hit it 8 more times and nothing. I payed 49 dollars for each. Came to the store, they wont receive the product unless it’s defective. I believe that the product is defective, maybe a bad batch?, it was delivering the hit but there is no cannabis effect. Before coming to the store I contacted Dosist, they said “Our dispensary partner should honor a replacement/refund if you are having battery issues or you’ve purchased the pen within 2 weeks and used less than 25% of the formulation” the apothecarium didn’t honor it, they didnt even want to receive the other one that was unopened. They said the rules are only returns if it’s not working and that it’s my problem if I am not getting the desired effects. Come on! This is a premium dispensary and a premium product, what the hell. Also not very welcoming attitude from the staff. Very disappointing product and dispensary, very expensive, does not keep up with the customer service. My friends and family won’t buy never again in this place. We’ll see what Dosist says about it.
