Visiting CA and picked this shop by random...wow! Great service, waited 5 minutes and out the door in another 5 minutes with a bag of goodies! Connect #403 very good!
Apple Store version of a dispensary!
Incredibly friendly service, knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. Felt like an apple store or stylish coffee shop, would recommend to a friend!! $5 off your first time!!

Great 1st time experience
If you’re a newbie this place is helpful, clean, comfortable setting area and my guy was very knowledgeable. When you walk in you need to show ID and fill out a form. If you’re in a group they’d recommend one person buying. They accept cash/debit only, not a big deal but just keep that in mind. When my name was called I was able to get what I wanted, which was nice. They had a variety and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Definitely will come back when I’m in the area.

First time at a dispensary
Very helpful and friendly staff. I told them it was my first time at a dispensary and they took me under their wing. If you're a first timer this is a great place to start! I bought oils from Sunday Goods, no bud so I can't comment on that, but the oils were very awesome and exactly what I wanted.

Just what the doctor ordered
Although one of the smallest dispensing spaces I’ve been to, it’s very clean/comforting. I especially love that patrons are not inundated directly with glass cases full of products to gaze upon and/or a giant menu board upon a wall, rather, each individual bud tender has been assigned a classy menu book containing descriptions of all the high quality products offered there. I went with Calm by Canndescent and some Cherry AK by State Flower. They were temporarily out of eights of the Cherry so, they substituted gram jars at no additional cost than that of the eighth. That might sound like basic good service to some but, I’ve never been to a dispensary that didn’t just make you pay full gram prices when eights were not available. Last but certainly not least, Emma my bud tender was super RAD and relatable the whole time. I even had a problem with my debit card and all of my credit cards when it came time to pay and she showed incredible patience/compassion- all 5 stars earned!!! Thanks.

First time
I came here without any knowledge of the place. Staff was helpful and friendly and probably the coolest environment to shop at. Very unique and had an upscale kind of vibe but i felt like i was talking to one of my boys back home. Definitely recommend!

Great First Time Experience!
I am new to SF and this place is on my daily commute. So I decided to stop here, coming from the Central Valley we don’t have to many storefronts, so I wasn’t sure the procedure. When I walked it I was greeted in the most pleasant manner, and was made a member with upmost of ease. As I waited for my name to be called, you could see the store was very well kept. My name was called and my bud handler was very nice and patient with me. She answered every question with no attitude whatsoever. Overall for my first time I would give it a 5 out of 5 and will be returning and hopefully becoming a frequent customer.

I traveled from Oklahoma to visit and this dispo was on my list. From start to finish my experience was top notch. Emma, my budtender, was so super sweet. She was knowledgeable and well versed in the product. Loved her lingo and her energy. The space was very well orchestrated and high end. The products I purchased were golden. I will be back! Great Quality Flower
Went here, because I was staying at the Alpha Inn one block down the way. I got two preroll’s(Super Sour Diesel, Strawberry), and a quarter of Super Lemon Haze. Very happy with my purchase. They are a little over priced, but you get what you pay for!! Excellent!!!
Bad experience but with a positive final outcome
UPDATE 5 stars for customer service per the new general manager David. He personally gave me a call regarding the below issue and offered a solution that works for all, and will work on improving customer service in the stores. Thank you! I bought 2 Dosist brand disposable pens, one for me, one for a gift last week. Comes with 50 hits. The instructions on the picture. Moderate user 2 hits per hour. I tried one, waited 10 min, didn’t feel it. Another hit, waited and nothing. I hit it 8 more times and nothing. I payed 49 dollars for each. Came to the store, they wont receive the product unless it’s defective. I believe that the product is defective, maybe a bad batch?, it was delivering the hit but there is no cannabis effect. Before coming to the store I contacted Dosist, they said “Our dispensary partner should honor a replacement/refund if you are having battery issues or you’ve purchased the pen within 2 weeks and used less than 25% of the formulation” the apothecarium didn’t honor it, they didnt even want to receive the other one that was unopened. They said the rules are only returns if it’s not working and that it’s my problem if I am not getting the desired effects. Come on! This is a premium dispensary and a premium product, what the hell. Also not very welcoming attitude from the staff. Very disappointing product and dispensary, very expensive, does not keep up with the customer service. My friends and family won’t buy never again in this place. We’ll see what Dosist says about it.
